Charles Schwab has appointed Chris Valentino as director of securities lending.
Based in New York, Valentino brings almost 30 years of industry experience, having most recently served as director of sales and business development at S3 Partners.
Prior to that, he was head of North America sales at Equilend from 2023 to 2025, and spent four years with Stonewain Systems as chief revenue officer and global head of sales and account management, before the firm was acquired by Equilend.
He has also held roles at Trading Apps, Data Explorers, and JPMorgan Chase, as well as positions at Gagnon Securities, Bloomberg, and Lehman Brothers.
He holds a Master of Business Administration, 91ԭƬ from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
